Pool Access
This year (2023) we are going to be utilizing the Verkada Pass app to give residents access to the pool.
Learning As We Go
We are testing and doing our best to implement the new system efficently, but we are bound to make mistakes. We ask residents be patient with us as we try to implement this system.
Timing
The week before Memorial day the HOA will import users into the pool access system and an email invite will be sent to home owners to download the Verkada Pass app.
Tenants
Tenants can fill out a pool access form. Click the button below.

Pool Contract FAQ
- So I’m curious about the Cleaning Checklist. I have a bit of concern about the liability of keeping the facility clean and proper, and being responsible for damages, etc. when it is still open for public use. Also things like emptying the trash cans and cleaning the facility amenities. Is this specific to the bath house and everything, that the general public will also be using? It seems like it would be a challenge to separate the pool party guest’s responsibility from just the regular residents‘s. Or a lot of work to clean the whole place for all of the resident, for a small, nonprivate party. Just some thoughts floating around about this.
- CLEANING CHECKLIST: We simply ask the area's utilized by the homeowners' guests be cleaned. IE: If a hosting party brings in cutlery items, drinks, outside food to cook, paper decorations, party supplies or trash accumulated from guests to be cleaned up after the event. (We understand the concern here about not wanting to clean up after everyone, we get it and don't want that either especially for a non-private party.)
- TRASHBINS: If the trash can is over following from the trash that accumulates from hosting a party, yes, we simply ask you empty the trash and replace the liner. (To help differentiate between the party and non-party residents' trash, we can set a side one or two of the gray Uline trash bins with new liners for parties.)
- What pergola(s) would we get to use? Can we pick? How would we “kick out” for lack of a better word, residents who were in the pergolas prior to the event, since it’s in the middle of open hours?
- Yes of course, the homeowners paying for it, they have the
first right to their pergola of choice. We will post "RESERVED from
4p-7p" and add it to the calendar we are adding to the website for
events. In the event someone ignores the Reserved signs, security will
simply ask those patrons to disperse for the party goers.
